I have a special dietary requirement. Can I still join?

Yes, you can still join! We customize our nutrition plans to accommodate special dietary requirements. Whether you have allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary preferences, we will work with you to ensure your nutrition plan meets your needs and supports your fitness goals.

 

I have a medical condition/injury. Can you still help me?

Absolutely. We have coaches who specialize in working with clients with medical conditions or injuries. They will create a personalized fitness plan tailored to your specific needs, ensuring your safety and helping you achieve your fitness goals effectively and will collaborate with your healthcare provider if necessary.

 

How much does it cost?

We have lots of packages available with different services, at different prices. All our packages are tailor-made for each individual which is why we always start with a consultation to work out what your needs are.

 

What time are training sessions?

Each client will have a dedicated trainer, and training times will be scheduled to suit your availabilty within our operating hours of 5 AM to 10 PM.

 

What equipment do I need to bring?

You don't need to bring any equipment! We provide all the necessary equipment for your training sessions. Just bring yourself, and a positive attitude ready to work towards your fitness goals.

 

What do I need to wear?

Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive gym clothing that allows you to move freely during all exercises.
