Hi, I’m Abi! I've been weight training for over 8 years and have coached clients for 4 years. I specialise in body transformations using the latest techniques in exercise science, conditioning programs and bodybuilding style training. I am able to supplement my Performance Nutrition degree to teach you how training and nutrition can intertwine to get you performing at your best and optimising the results you want to see!

I'm a strength coach focusing on 1-2-1 coaching, group coaching and online coaching nationally, to guide all clients to their true potential. My specialism is in Olympic Weightlifting and developing athletic foundations to improve athletic performance and reduce injury risk. As well as my passion for coaching athletes, I am a regular sportsman having competed in a number of Olympic Weightlifting competitions.
